By creating an account or using Caribbean Talent Search, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Your account and profile

You are responsible for the information and media you submit, the activity on your account, and keeping your login details secure. Submit only content you have permission to use. Do not misrepresent your identity, impersonate someone else, or post unlawful or harmful material.

Talent connections

Caribbean Talent Search helps talent and interested parties find and contact one another. Listings and inquiries do not guarantee auditions, bookings, employment, or representation. Please evaluate opportunities and make arrangements directly with the other party.

Membership and payments

Plan prices and billing terms are displayed before checkout. Recurring plans renew until canceled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The six-month plan is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew. You can manage eligible subscriptions from your account.

Content and access

You keep ownership of your content. By posting a public profile, you allow us to display it on the service so others can discover you. We may remove content or restrict access when needed to protect the service or comply with the law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. If you continue using the service after revised terms are posted, the revised terms apply.
